About Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a board-certified naturopathic wellness practitioner with training in herbalism, trauma-informed care, and mold and environmental toxin support, specializing in nutrition and root-cause support for complex, chronically ill bodies. But more than that, I’m a mom, a patient, and someone who’s lived this journey from every angle.
I started my path in nursing, but it was my son’s health challenges and my own that opened my eyes to how deeply the traditional system was failing us. I watched my child be dismissed and misunderstood, with no one truly listening or looking deeper. I experienced the same in my own body. Years of misdiagnoses, gaslighting, and protocols that only masked symptoms left me overmedicated, exhausted, and bedridden. Over time, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, mold toxicity, MCAS, POTS, IIH, EDS, and a string of complex conditions, but they were largely labeled rather than meaningfully addressed as part of a whole. It wasn’t until I began to address the trauma I had been through, nervous system dysregulation, and deeper root causes that healing finally began.
The name Eliora means “God is my light,” and that truth has carried me through the darkest valleys. My faith is the foundation of this work. I believe wellness is not just physical, it’s spiritual. I approach each client with prayerful intention, trusting that God brings the right people into this space at the right time. You are never too broken, too sensitive, or too far gone to be supported, seen, and restored in meaningful ways.
Eliora Health & Wellness is rooted in faith, compassion, and curiosity. No one is too complex to work with. You simply need someone willing to listen and truly investigate alongside you.
I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating complex, chronic patterns, including:
• Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
• POTS and dysautonomia
• Mold exposure and Lyme-related illness
• PANS/PANDAS and nervous system dysregulation
• Hormonal imbalances, trauma, and burnout
• Autism, sensory processing differences, and gut–brain health
• Autoimmune conditions
And so much more.
This isn’t just my profession. It’s my calling. I know what it’s like to advocate for your child, to question every system, and to live in a body that doesn’t respond the way it should. I hold space for those who have been dismissed, misunderstood, or told that everything looks normal when it doesn’t feel that way.
If you’re looking for a practitioner who listens deeply, explores root contributors, and truly understands this journey, welcome. You’re in the right place.
